History Of
Al Madina Masjid
The masjid was mounted in 2011 as “Al-Madinah Masjid”, a non-profit, non- political, religious enterprise. Al-Madinah Masjid is operating under a trust named as “Al-Saeed Educational and Welfare Trust”. The trust was established on 1st of September, 2011 for educational and welfare purposes. The operations of the masjid are based on well-established documents of Ahl al- Sunnah wal Jama’ah.
A land parcel size of approx 2 acre was acquired in 2011 which had existing small cottage and development application approved for new building construction to be used for place of worship.
Al-Madinah Masjid is currently running its operations in the existing building and at the same time new building is also going through the third phase of its construction. Al-Madinah Masjid operations and construction is fully funded by community donations.
Since 2010, the Muslim population unfolded significantly in south-western suburbs of Sydney. To meet the worship, educational and welfare needs of Muslim Community, Al-Madinah Masjid has played vital role in the area. The mosque draws a huge wide variety of Muslims for day by day 5-time Salahs and also over 200 Muslims for Friday Salah. Also, number of youngsters attend on weekend for Quranic and Islamic lectures.

Al-Madinah Masjid is committed to serve the community by providing quality educational and welfare services based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah (life examples) of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
Being an upright place that promotes the values of fairness, moderation, kindness, charity, welfare, forgiveness, patience, perseverance and neighbourliness, in the spirit of Islamic teachings.

Al-Madinah Masjid is located at 1492 Camden Valley Way, Leppington, NSW 2159, Australia. Leppington is a suburb of Sydney in the state of New South Wales, Australia. It is located in the local government areas of the City of Liverpool, which is
- 38 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district.
- 14 kilometres from Liverpool central business district.
- 15 kilometres from Campbeltown.
Executive Committee
Al-Madinah Masjid Executive committe is formed based on two streams, Borad of Trustees and Exective Committee Members. Exective committe is the governing body of the organization with the key responsibility of safeguarding the masjid’s reputition, operations and assets.
