The masjid was mounted in 2011 as “Al-Madinah Masjid”, a non-profit, non- political, religious enterprise. Al-Madinah Masjid is operating under a trust named as “Al-Saeed Educational and Welfare Trust”. The trust was established on 1st of September, 2011 for educational and welfare purposes.
The operations of the masjid are based on well-established documents of Ahl al- Sunnah wal Jama’ah.
Uthman ibn Affan reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise.”
